• Pirouz started HomeOne out of a great history of working years in the residential real estate market while also successfully creating several projects as a builder/developer. He met his first mentor, the most successful Real Estate Broker in the city, and achieved success while building a great reputation.
• He and his wife moved to America, where he gained his license and began a successful real estate career. They purchased a home of their own within 4 years and raised their 2 young boys in Cinco Ranch.
• Pirouz is making his vision of a successful real estate and development company a reality by using his God-given talents, work ethic, and experience.

Houston has been a constant source of great opportunities, success, and experiences for my family and me for the past 33 years. From venturing into new businesses to finding comfort in our church and a diverse community of friends and associates, Houston has truly become our home.

I am proud to have been an original team member and staff lead of Circa, where I relied on the founder's expertise as the exclusive realtor for my residential real estate investment company.

With a background in real estate and retail development, I have spent the last 18 years providing valuable insights and helping each client maximize the value of their real estate transaction as a Real Estate Broker. I believe that my client's satisfaction is the result of sharing my experience and knowledge gained in every type of market, home, and location.
